CVICA/BYBEE Awards
CVICA is pleased to announce this year’s scholarship winners. In partnership with the Faith P. and Charles L. Bybee Foundation and along with the Carl L. Wendler Family, the organization will once again award $2000.00 to each student in three counties; Colorado, Fayette and Lee.
2024 Scholarship Recipients
Cale Douglas Janecka
Cale Douglas Janecka of Flatonia High School; Fayette County, will be attending Texas A&M University, majoring in Agriculture Economics Food Marketing Systems.
Faith Marie Zoch
Faith Marie Zoch of Giddings High School; Lee County, will be attending Concordia University, majoring in Business.
Brooke Ann Redding
Brooke Ann Redding of Schulenburg High School; Fayette County, will be attending Vet Tech Institute of Houston, majoring in Vet Technician.
Kimberly Grace Rhode
Kimberly Grace Rhode of Round Top-Carmine High School; Fayette County, will be attending Texas A&M University, majoring in Ag Business.

One of many chapters
CVICA (Colorado Valley Independent Cattlemen’s Association) is one of many chapters in the state. The chapter participates in three counties and awards scholarships to graduating High School seniors.
The chapter also supports and sponsors cattle programs such as; Annual Cattlemen’s Map, along with the All-Breed Bull & Female Sale in Gonzales, Texas.
